Order Cancellations and Amendments
If you have changed your mind contact us as soon as possible, our contact details are below.
You will only be able to cancel or amend any personalised product order within an hour of placing that order. After this time it is likely that your ordered may well have been processed and therefore it will not be possible to cancel or amend it.
We are however keen to give our customers every opportunity possible to amend or cancel their order so we would urge you to contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
During our normal working hours (9:00am to 4:30pm) please ring us directly on 01268 906 760. Outside of these hours please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately once your order has been processed it is not possible to cancel or amend it unless it is faulty.
Where your order includes any non-personalised products you may cancel your order at any time until despatch has been notified. As above please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Once your order has been despatched you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the products. Return any items to the address below. Please note we can only offer a refund if the item is received in saleable condition.
If you receive a product that is in any way faulty (other than customer personalisation error) we will be able to offer you a return or a refund. If the item is personalised incorrectly by us we will happily produce another one for you.

How long does the refund take?
A refund will be processed within 2 working days of an order cancellation. Please allow time for you bank to process the transaction.
If you are returning goods to us, we will process a refund within 2 working days of the safe receipt of the goods to us.
